MEET OUR TEAM

Kim Czuppon

Operations Manager

With more than 15 years of experience in client service, operations, project coordination, and business management, I bring a strong organizational foundation and a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. Before joining Home Girls, I co-owned and operated a successful container gardening and outdoor design company, where I managed projects from concept through installation.

At Home Girls, I support our team through project coordination, client communication, and operational management, helping keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. I also manage our social media presence, sharing project highlights, design inspiration, and the stories behind the spaces we create.

My strengths include building strong client relationships, staying organized, and finding creative solutions to challenges. What I enjoy most about my role is helping bring beautiful spaces to life while connecting with homeowners and our community throughout the process.

What does “home” mean to you? Home is my biggest flex. There is nothing better than walking into a space that is beautiful, functional, and designed specifically for the people who live there. A well-designed home brings me a sense of calm, comfort, and pride, and it's where some of life's best memories are made.

Fun Facts

  • I have been featured on local television three times and in multiple magazine features through my previously owned container gardening business.

  • I've won Yard of the Month four times in eight years.

  • I'm a proud mom of two active boys, one doggie, and two crazy cats.

  • I am wildly passionate about holiday decorating—Halloween and Christmas are my Super Bowl. With my boys born close to Easter and on Halloween, each season is even more special, and I never miss an opportunity to go all out with decorations and themed displays.

“Home should tell the story of your life. A place where collected treasures, basketballs, and little signs of my boys’ adventures coexist beautifully; where there’s room to piddle in the garden, host and gather with family and friends, and create a beautiful life with the people you love most.
