Master Suite + Study Addition, Utility Room, + Covered Patio
This renovation transformed the home with a thoughtfully designed master suite addition and enhanced living spaces that elevate both comfort and functionality. The new oversized master bedroom offers peaceful backyard views and is paired with his-and-hers walk-in closets and a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a soaking tub and an expansive walk-in shower.
The master suite is accessed through a private hallway that includes a custom storage credenza and an in-suite pocket study that is not short of storage space, creating a seamless blend of luxury and everyday practicality. To improve flow and efficiency, the utility room was relocated closer to the bedrooms and now includes an additional entry from the newly added covered patio.
Designed for indoor-outdoor living, the large covered patio features stained ceilings and exposed beams, providing a warm, inviting space that connects the kitchen and living areas to the bedroom wing of the home.
Inside, the former master bedroom suite was reimagined as a comfortable guest retreat with a new walk-in closet and ensuite bath. The original utility room near the kitchen was converted into a spacious walk-in butler’s pantry. This renovation reflects a functional balance of elevated design and smart space planning for a modern family lifestyle.
