The Saint Martin homeowners goal for the project was to have a great kitchen to cook in and to invite friends and family to enjoy. The new large island with seating on two sides provides the perfect spot for guests to converse while dinner is being prepared. As avid wine connoisseurs, the homeowners requested a beautiful bar area to house a large wine refrigerator and be located in the kitchen for serving. The beautiful stone countertops provide a rich gray-blue veining intertwining seashells throughout. A special seashell was positioned perfectly on the island as a discussion piece. The richness of the colors and textures of this space welcome anyone who enters. Who wouldn't want to sit down and enjoy a glass of wine in this space?
